The Miss World 2023 pageant is right around the corner and the competition is heating up! After months of regional and national pageants, the top contestants have been selected to compete in the biggest beauty pageant of the year. Get to know the ladies who will be vying for the crown this year and find out why they think they have what it takes to become the next Miss World.
First up is Miss Japan, Ayaka Nakamura. Ayaka is a 20-year-old from Tokyo who is passionate about the environment. In addition to being a model, she’s a science enthusiast and hopes to use her platform to bring attention to the climate crisis and inspire others to take action. “I want to be a leader in my country and around the world,” she says. “I believe that I can make a difference and I am determined to do my best.”
Miss United States, Jada Smith, is a 22-year-old from New York City. Jada is a business student who is determined to make a change in the corporate world. She’s a strong advocate for stronger gender equality in the workplace and has been working hard to create opportunities for women in her field. “I want to show the world that women can do anything they set their minds to,” she says.
Next, we have Miss India, Anjali Sharma. Anjali is a 19-year-old from New Delhi who is passionate about using her platform to help those in need. She’s a volunteer with a local charity that works with underprivileged children and is determined to use her voice to give them a better life. “I believe that I can make a difference and I am determined to do my best,” she says.
Finally, we have Miss Canada, Madison Miller. Madison is a 21-year-old from Vancouver who is passionate about the power of education. She is a student of international relations and hopes to use her platform to promote education as a way to bring peace and understanding to the world. “I want to show the world that education can open doors and create opportunities,” she says.
These four ladies are sure to make the competition for Miss World 2023 an exciting one. With their impressive backgrounds, passion for making a difference, and unwavering determination, the winner of this year’s pageant is sure to be an inspiring role model for young women around the world.
